Quinby is a luscious, tangy goat cheese from Vermont cheesemaker Rebecca Velazquez. Rebecca gives all of her cheeses names from her family's female ancestors - last names that were "lost to the patriarchy" until the cheese arrived to carry them on. We're always here for a good feminist story behind a product, especially one that happens to be delicious.
Beverage pairings: Dry white wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Xarel-lo), wheat beers, citrusy cocktails
