Fermin produces extraordinary meats in La Alberca, Spain, where the pigs they raise enjoy an all-natural diet while they roam freely in a World Heritage natural reserve site. 

Fermin’s Coppa Serrano is marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pimenton, garlic and sea salt for 5 days,  then air-cured for at least 4 months. The result is a delicately marbled meat with a hint of heat from the pimenton and a complex, savory flavor that we love with almost any cheese.
