A delicate bloomy rind goat's milk cheese that turns beautifully creamy when ripe. White Diamond has citrusy notes that develop into an earthy, herbal finish. It's a terrific pairing with lavender in jam, tea, or (our favorite) Sweet Lydia's lavender caramels.
